The Sports develops team spirit, leadership quality as well as ability to handle psychological pressure in students. It refers to an activity involving physical activity and skill and overall it helps to build the character and personality of a person.
The Government degree college Chaubattakhal is located in rural area where facilities for sports and allied activities are not available. The college provides physical education to all the students with sports equipment and facilities. Degree college has a large playground for outdoor games. Government Degree college Chaubattakhal have the following games facility with infrastructure. Annual sports meet are organized in the college and selected students further plays intercollegiate level.
Outdoor games- Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Athletics, Kabaddi and Kho-Kho.
Indoor games- Badminton, Carom Table Tennis and Chess.
In the session 2021-22, college Annual Sports meet was conducted in 03 and 04th march 2021. The students of Arts and Science Faculty participated with a lot of enthusiasm. The students participated in High Jump, Long Jump, Discus Throw, Shot put, Javelin throw, 100 mt, 200 mt, and other different races were also conducted, in which the following students were declare champions.

A sportsperson may participate in up to five competitions. The best sportsperson is nominated as champion in track and field events.
